$100 per 60 min Individual/Family session
$50 per Group
Monthly Payment Packages are also available. This means that if you pay for one month of individual or group sessions then you have access to all of your scheduled individual and/or group sessions for the month at a lower rate than if you paid on a weekly basis. This also means that if you set an appointment then do not show you will not be refunded or credited that missed session as I would have missed an opportunity to schedule someone in that time slot that was set aside for you.
Monthly packages are as follows:
$350 for monthly Individual/Family sessions
$150 for monthly group sessions
Currently accepting Aetna, Anthem, Cigna and Optima. If you have another insurance I will be considered out of network. This does not mean your insurance company will not process your claim, it does mean you will be responsible to pay for your session up front at cost. I can provide you with a Super Bill for you to submit to your insurance company to request for a direct reimbursement from them to you for services rendered.
Many individuals choose not to use insurance as they want to increase their control of the treatment without having to follow harsh treatment guidelines set by the insurance company such as what services will be provided and for how long. Paying for services out of pocket gives you a sense of control and increases your confidentiality. You still may be able to submit your receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement.
If you have insurance that I do not take, I can provide you with a Super Bill for you to submit to your insurance company to ask for direct reimbursement. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
